This piece carried me through the last few months of my 200 hour yoga teacher training in the winter of 2025. The training was a culmination of all of the work I’ve done to heal my inner child, and my true self from my internal demons and shadows - the invasive shame that held me back from shining my brightest. You can see in it the bright and the dark, the busy and the restful. Less conflict and doubt, to be sure.
